I love Venice and have been many times with my wife but on this occasion it was a visit with my children and grandchildren to celebrate my 70th birthday. We needed spacious accommodation and this fitted our needs perfectly — five generous bedrooms with ensuite facilities and ample room to relax both on the balcony and in the drawing room. Everything was clean, the showers worked perfectly and everyone felt relaxed and happy — even the teenagers! Everyone enjoyed their stay and if we needed a large apartment again, it would certainly be our first choice. 08/06/2017

Ole and Yvonne Dideriksen London We so enjoyed our stay at this wonderful apartment. All our guests were very comfortable and it was located in a very central area but not noisy or too near the main tourist attractions. It was so nice to have bathrooms for all of the bedrooms and we also enjoyed the lovely balcony and spacious dining area. The kitchen was excellent as it was well equipped to allow us to cook and share some nice meals with our family and friends. The only problem we had was that the dishwasher was not functioning very well. We soon found out it needed a thorough cleaning as the spray arms were clogged so the dishes and utensils could not be cleaned properly. After cleaning them out and adding salt the dishwasher worked well. We would highly recommend this apartment and the friendly service to anyone who needs a spacious holiday apartment in beautiful Venice. Many thanks and very Best Regards Ole and Yvonne Dideriksen
Riccardo The appartment is very nice, neat and comfortable. Great spaces, we had everything we needed at all times. We loved the location. Dennis Y My wife & I hosted our 5 grown children and 3 spouses for two lovely weeks in Venice, Lago Como & Santa Margarita. We loved every day. Among our absolutely highlights was the time we spent in the Venice apartment. There was room for each couple and ample room to lounge and socialize. Clean and convenient to all in Venice. Exceptional service and support. We had a chef prepare dinner one evening and regularly held social / cocktail hour during our stay. Since our return we have commented continuously on the apartment and the wonderful time we had there. My wife is a designer and was impressed with the decorations and space. The location is ideal; close to all, yet off the main route so easy to avoid the "other" tourists. I'd recommend this location for ANY group of ~10 (Ideal for 4-5 adult couples) and look forward to returning myself in the future. 08/11/2016

Our family of eight adults plus kids stayed here four four nights to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. It was a special event, and we had traveled to Venice last year to inspect five different apartments in advance of the event. Based on this we selected this one and the experience was perfect in every respect. The apartment was spacious - quite adequate for our needs. Every bedroom had an attached bath all built and maintained to the highest standard. We cooked two dinners for our large group in the well equipped kitchen and ate at the table for ten in the great room. The lounge provided a meeting place for the entire family, and the terrace was occupied during the day and into the evening. We can recommend this company and this apartment to anyone who want to spend a few days in Venice but prefer to be on their own rather than in a hotel. 13/07/2016
