The Architecture of the two properties is very bright and transparent. The very special  feature of the house is the hydraulic roof which can be opened at 30° angle like the wings of a butterfly thanks to six pistons. This is the first house in the world with a hydraulic roof, which allows natural ventilation to cool the house and provides a magical sensation of literally sleeping under the stars. 

The pool is perfect for  swimming with 52 feet of straight length and another larger area for playing, in addition to a hydro massage area, for a total length of 85 feet!
