The villa is split in two houses, one next to the other, making the property perfect for a special gathering of friends or families who want to retain some privacy. Each house has its own covered terrace overlooking the pool as well as kitchen and living room. The owners have furnished them thinking of all comforts needed during an Italian holiday: air-conditioning in all the rooms, comfortable sitting areas, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, extremely well-furnished modern kitchens etc.

Both houses have been designed with particular attention to detail, respecting the character of its original construction. They are furnished in an elegant yet comfortable style, enhancing the timeless Tuscan charm with original materials such as marble, stone and cotto tiles.
