Ample hallway and large living room boast frescoed walls and original XVI century wood beam ceiling. With a split-level design, the suite offers a working fireplace, private terrace, and full-sized dining room that seats up to twelve.
Apartment on two levels in classical Florentine style (198sq.mt -2131 sq.ft) can host up to 7 people and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. At the entrance there is a frescoed corridor which leads to a living room furnished with couch and a flat screen Tv. On the left there is a dining room with 10/12 seater dining table, in front of it is a modern and well equipped kitchen. Going along the corridor it's possible to reach the sleeping area. On the right is the first bedroom with two single beds( mattress 90 cm - can be joined together) and an ensuite bathroom which has a shower with curtain. On the left is the second bedroom with double bed (mattress 160 cm - can be divided) and ensuite bathroom with bathtube and shower curtain. A stairway( 14 steps) leads to the third double bedroom(mattress 160cm - can be divided) . Going 4 steps up is the ensuite bathroom.
Three bedrooms: one with king size bed which can be divided, en-suite bathoom with tub/shower; second bedroom with fireplace and king size bed (convertible to two twins,) en-suite bathroom with tub/shower; third bedroom with twin beds, en-suite bathroom with shower and a living room sofa bed.
