Roussillon village is a must-see. Named one of the most beautiful villages in France, it has the largest ochre deposits in the world, and is an explosion of color against the vast sky. Roussillon is best known for its distinctive red cliffs, created by the world’s largest known ochre deposit. The color palette is striking, ranging from yellow to orange to pink to red. One simply must walk through the village to admire the architecture and vibrant hues, visiting a few of the numerous restaurants and art galleries - taking in the scenery of the old village square along the way.

This beautiful modern villa is 500m from the village center, opposite the wooded quarries. Spacious, full of light, with top of the range furnishings, it is made to receive large family groups. There is a magnificent 200m2 living space on the ground loor, completely open to the park and pool through the bay windows. You move easily between the double living room, dining room, and open kitchen. Everywhere is modern, airy, and elegant. This space extends outside via a gorgeous plant covered pergola to a long table that seats 16. Dive into the 13x6m infinity pool and immerse yourself in a green landscape, then relax on the comfortable sun loungers, rifting away to the cicadas singing.

All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The bathrooms all have Italian showers. There is a playground, bowling green, and ping pong table available for use, as well as a three burner grill.

Linens, sheets, and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made on arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included with the rental, along with cleaning on departure. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a gourmet food basket in the kitchen. Optional services are available upon request at reservation.
