La Casina

This romantic 12th century watchtower was originally part of the outer defences of Siena and is now arguably the only ultra-luxurious house for couples in Tuscany. The house, surrounded by olive groves, is set in the unspoiled renaissance landscape of hills, papal palaces and baroque churches of the Sienese Montagnola, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Totally secluded without being isolated, it is the ideal place for lovebirds or honeymooners, close friends or families. There is an endless array of peaceful areas to relax while at The Casina. Whether you want lie by the pool underneath the famous Tuscan sun, take a long bath in the stunning marble tub while looking out at the beautiful landscape or listen to your favorite music while closing your eyes in your personal indoor steam room (which has bluetooth capability!), the options are seemingly endless. Your biggest dilemma will be which side of the house to choose.

The countryside surrounding The Casina abounds with natural beauty and historic churches. While it's the perfect destination after a wedding or celebration, it's also the perfect place to host one! Upon request a dedicated wedding and events planner can be arranged. They will work with you on all aspects of your event, from choice of setting, decorations, flowers, music, entertainment, catering, photography and guest accommodation. Moreover, the extraordinary frescoed medieval town hall in Siena’s historic Piazza del Campo provides a spectacular and unique setting for secular ceremonies.

The house is available for weekly rental and amenities include an oxygen-cleaned heated infinity pool, outdoor hot-tub and indoor steam room.
