The property is found just outside Bordighera, a town that attracted many famous artists for its beautiful scenery and warm year-round climate.

Spacious terraces line the front of the home in tiers, each providing its own luxurious setting for gazing out to sea. The main terrace features a picturesque al fresco dining table, allowing you to enjoy every meal under the sun or stars. Seek relief from the afternoon sun with a refreshing dip at the pool terrace. Grassy steps lead you down to the lower garden terrace, where a modern hammock awaits you and a good book. Each level is accented by meticulously landscaped Mediterranean gardens and designer deck furniture.

While the villa’s exterior pays hommage to traditional Italian villa design, the interior blends clean, modern lines with the finest contemporary furnishings. The central living room features many touches that will inspire conversation among you and your guests. Its stacked stone fireplace and soft sofas make it easy to pass the hours comfortably. You’ll find several other quiet retreats around the home, as well as two fully-equipped chef’s kitchens. When dining indoors, the attractive glass-top table provides an elegant venue for your feast.

Villa Bordighera's bedrooms all feature comfortable double beds with fine linens, and housekeeping is available four days a week to keep them pristine. The large Master bedroom overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and opens directly onto the second floor wraparound deck. Two of the guests bedrooms also boast sea views. All bedrooms house their own en-suite with high-end European fittings and fixtures.

The town of Bordighera is paradise along the sea. From the villa, it’s a quick walk to the seafront promenade. In town you’ll find beautiful old buildings, some designed by renowned architects, and lush gardens. It’s a quick 25 minute drive down the coast to Monte Carlo, where you can enjoy a memorable night out at its upscale restaurants and casinos.
