Villa Il Borro is located in the heart of the estate in a position dominating the property and offers superb views. This property dates back to the second half of the 19th century and the architecture reflects this with elegance and sophistication.

The Villa is encased in a beautiful Italian garden which, as in the best traditions, is flowered and enriched by a central fountain. The curious play of light seems to rain onto the Medieval Village...plays of color and water create a dream Villa.

The Villa is equipped with every comfort including a beautiful heated swimming pool, fitness room, Turkish bath, sauna and a billiard table. In order to offer impeccable service, the staff will take care of you from early morning - with the fragrant aroma of croissants greeting you when you awake and at dinner time, made special by our Chefs, from whom you will also be able to learn the time-honored secrets of the Tuscan cuisine.

With its 700 hectares, the Il Borro Estate is bordered by the ancient "via dei Setteponti" road, a junction between the main Tuscan towns of Florence, Arezzo and Siena, in the basin of the Valdarno river valley. It is a region rich in art and culture.

The Estate, which lies on hills 300-400 meters above sea level, has a soil which is particularly favorable to the cultivation of vines and olive trees. Finally, an aspect which makes Il Borro still more special, is the presence of unspoiled woods which surround the entire Estate, where one can encounter many species of animals and plants. In the meadows of the Estate, the wonderful Chianina cattle repose and graze, while small squirrels may be observed frenetically running among the thick branches of the woods.
